Permit + Terms

Our home is fully permitted and authorized as a vacation rental property by Sonoma County.  We operate the premises on an insured basis and in full compliance with Sonoma County rules and ordinances for the safety and peace of our guests and neighbors.  Sonoma Country Permit No. ZPE 15-0555 and TOT Certificate No. 2909N.  Please note that Sonoma County rules prohibit the use of our property for large events such as wedding receptions.   Also, the house is in a peaceful part of Sonoma Valley with noise ordinances prohibiting music and loud noise after 9 p.m.  All terms and conditions will be presented at the time of booking the home through AirBnB.
